Abstract

The development of community wich living in maritime, with socio-economic activity can not be separated from the existence of local potential, it is manifested from the ability to organizing the existence of communities along coast of Makassar. It will be more visible when the coastal communities to respond the local and international shipping network. Besides the dynamic economic activities along the coast of South Sulawesi is inseparable from the existence of social structures, and becoming basic building of socio-economic activities, further the socio-structures become a key to driving ann moving the maritime history, especially in around the coast of South Sulawesi. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze student interest in entrepreneurship, especially about the factors that affect student interest, constraints, and the type of business that is interested in entrepreneurship. This study is a survey research with a descriptive approach. Population is a student entrepreneurship courses numbered 237 seventh semester students of Indonesian Language and Literature Faculty of Language and Arts University Indraprasta PGRI Jakarta. The sampling technique is random sampling was conducted on 50 students. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Likert scale is used to measure based on student opinion about the motivation for starting a business, a report on the characteristics and habits of behavior related to business relationships and organizations. Abstract

Intellectuals educated unemployment who have graduated from vocational high school, high school, to colleges is increasing. Graduated students still oriented for looking a job, than created it. Where almost all level of education have entrepreneurship subject to study. Community service is addressed to vocational school learners (SMK), where one of their subjects in the category of adaptive group is subject Entrepreneurship. Empowerment of Class X students at SMK Respati 2, East Jakarta with training skill using patchwork, where the waste into low cost raw material, easy to find and able to make unique and interesting products with economic value and worth selling. Skill training which using participatory method and practices as well providing motivation and entrepreneurial knowledge expected to increase discourse in preparation to become entrepreneurs. Developing Micro, Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia make this sector as a potential sector to be continuously developed by the government. It is proven that sector have great contribute for the growth Indonesian economic. According to magsiltude potential of sector that, the government implemented tax policy for SMEs in PP 46 2013. This research is a review of the literature which impact of policy on the application of PP 46 of 2013 for the survival of SMEs in Indonesia. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to kmow the effect of working capital with the cooperation efforts provit in the form of the effect income rest. The research method that is used is expose facto. The sample of this research is the member saving data and SHU from 2007 to 2012. The technique of collection data with interview, documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis with regression approach and simple correlation. Based on the result on this research in the working capital effect the effort provit significantly, where 77% of the working capital effects the effort provit. Abstract

Indonesia known as Nusantara by East-Indies had greatest natural sources. The search of spices in East-Indies by the westners of Europe had been done since the emerge of compass and shipping technology. The potential of Nusantara’s natural resources commodities sold out in world’s market forced west countries to compete and gained much more benefits. Those benefits too-and yet become the motivation of the west to occupy the land. The more greater power to the west then later be implemented through several rules and obligations including in economic called cultuurstelsel. The cultuurstelsel then later be changed within the involvement of private sector in it and given their investment. One of the investment in occupied land is the acquisition of tea plantation in Cipanas Bogor. Abstract

This research is starting from tendency of negative attitude and negative student’s habits. The purpose of this research producing group mentoring programme to develop student’s learning attitude and habits, and to compile the program researcher require a profil of student’s attitude and student’s learning habit. Method used is qualitative and quantitative with action research strategy. Data collection is carried out with attitude inventory, habits inventory, interview and observation.The result obtained are negative attitude in learning, specifically for attitude to task, attitude to teacher, attitude in class and attitude of facing examination. In addition, students habits in learning are still negative in particular habit of using his/her free time.This research recommended the group mentoring programme as reference and guidelines to enchance student’s learning attitude and habits. Abstract

Culture is a reflection of the personality of a nation. Therefore, if the people had no longer pretend their culture, they would lose their personality as the core of Jakarta residents who took part increasing the development of Jakarta. Culture can be form as ideas (custom or norm), activities (exemplified in the form of day-to-day tradition), and art. The people that living in the area Setu Babakan, directly or indirectly, be a mover and supporter of the Betawi’s culture that was raised in the Perkampungan Budaya Betawi. Therefore, society's perception of the Betawi’s culture is important to be explored more deeply, because society that determines whether or not the Betawi’s culture took place. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that affect tax compliance (tax compliance) individual taxpayers This study uses the variable individual behavior, motivation and organizational climate as the independent variable and tax compliance individual taxpayers as the dependent variable. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS for Windows Version 19.00. The results of this study indicate that individual behavior, motivation and organizational climate have significant effect on tax compliance individual taxpayers . Internet development now aday become big and used very in public places easly. This facility provides in many kind of provider that makes user comfortable and secured. The application develop together with thedevelopment of internet user. The more aplication makes e –commerce change the sales pattern, by based on desktop at first become significant change with social media, operated easily throught blackberry mesangger, facebook, whatsap, line etc. E-commerce is a commercial and internet privatisation which increase rapidly this couple of years that make digital infrastructure provide efissient tools for communication, information changes and commerce to be a new media which is interesting in social media mobile net. E-commerce has become a need for a new saler or a saler who has involued long in commerce business. All aspect of commerce now has based in mobile, where ever and where ever that can be acsess with an easly application offered by a good internet. Social media that has been used by E-commerce transaction is blackberry mesangger, facebook, whatsap, in society they get transaction easily without any concern that the three social media can be tracked down easily.
